At Monrow Shoes, we want you to love every step you take. If your new pair isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 15 days of delivery provided they are unworn and in their original packaging.
Initiate Request
Log into your Monrow account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return/Exchange' button for the specific item.
Quality Check
Ensure the shoes are in pristine condition with all original tags attached and placed back into the original Monrow shoe box.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive within 48 hours to collect the package from your doorstep.
Refund Processing
After your return reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
